AWS MAGIC CONVENTION
Our biennial
convention is always a great success. We hold it during March of the even
years (alternating with the Wessex Magical Association). It is an all-day
event which magicians from all over the country attend. We use a different hall
to our usual premises which proves ideal for the various lectures and
demonstrations we organise throughout the day. Lecturers come from all over
Great Britain to give teach-ins, demonstrations and tips to fellow magicians.
The content of the day is always very varied, providing something for all
magical tastes. You'll find plenty of car-parking, food available during the day
and of course a large number of magical dealers only too willing to sell you
their latest effects! The whole day is rounded off by a National Gala Show to
which magicians and members of the public alike are more than welcome to attend.
